use of the CB10 Office for our meetings. Our first meeting
at CB10 office was May 27th at 7pm... All "Directors" are available and looking forward to this venue... Thank

Still trying to offer Blog to visitors????Oh well so far I can only blog which is not much fun....more like another chore... update; - Country
Club is getting their sewer
- Pelham Bay has reversed St Paul
- Ferry Point is getting a Target with 5 more stores
and office space
- Ferry Point (Whitestone Multiplex is up for sale and we do not have info.)
- Spencer Estates
has a larger Dog Park coming at Pelham Bay Park
- Locust Point got funding for a playground for the children at the
Club House beach area
- Waterbury LaSalle/ Schulyerville has given out the trees
- Westchester Square has won
the Business Improvement District Status and held their annual fair also the Pearly Gates Park, Olwen Doalan Park is
being restored and the Subway entrance.
