Possible Parking in Throggs Neck????

2010....A New Year to fight for our quality of life in CB10 Bronx NY....

Zerega Westchester Square is doing a great job of letting all Communities know that the Developers and Departments that house the homeless are taking advantage of our communities with little or no knowledge or input as to what the "Luxury Apartments" throughout our city may be used for.
Instead of upgrading our home values and keeping our existing rentals at a realistic average, these apartments are being used to house the young mothers with repeated unwed pregnancies and other homeless persons.

St Pauls is still changed to one way regardless of the ongoing contoversy to switch it back to the original 2 way street that was more useful and less of a danger and bottleneck in the Pelham Bay area.

Senator Klein has carried the ball on the notification of derelict foreclosed homes that we feared would degrade all neighborhoods...(Thank You)

Grafitti is still aproblem and I personally have lost track of the direction Klein and Waterbury LaSalle are taking with this issue.

Many well used streets are in disrepair while others that are not so busy have been repaved 3 times?

Ring Road beneath the Bx-Whitestone Bridge is still in a horrific state... although our many complaints to 911 may have brought the repair truck I witnessed Tuesday, March 2

The Bronx Park Speak Up was cancelled due to the Snow Storm

Skunk, Racoons, Opposums, Cats...continue to be a problem throughout CB10.
We still do not have a ASPCA in the Borough although it is "Required".
